I genuinely cannot praise this company enough, especially Team 4 — Joe, Daren and Mike.
We had recently moved my dad into a care home and were faced with the difficult job of completely clearing his flat of furniture, rubbish and years’ worth of belongings. It was already a stressful and emotional situation, and my wife and I also needed to get back on the road to Devon as quickly as possible.
I called the company the day before and explained the situation. They said they would do their best to get someone out between 8am and 12pm the following morning.
At exactly 8am, we received a call to say they would be with us in around 20 minutes.
Joe, Daren and Mike arrived shortly afterwards and were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment they walked through the door.
They looked at what needed doing and simply got on with it. Furniture was dismantled, items were boxed, everything was carried out, loaded and removed. They pulled things apart where necessary and cleared absolutely everything. We genuinely didn’t have to do anything.
More importantly, they understood the situation. They were polite, courteous, cheerful and incredibly easy to deal with. We could have a laugh with them, they were smiling throughout, and they made what had been a very difficult and stressful few days considerably easier for both me and my wife.
They are an absolute credit to the company.
From the first phone call, through to the communication beforehand, to the team arriving exactly when they said they would and taking care of everything, the service was faultless.
When you are dealing with elderly parents, care homes and clearing their home, it can be a difficult and emotional time. Having three genuinely decent guys turn up who are not only excellent at their job but also understanding of the situation makes a huge difference.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, and particularly Joe, Daren and Mike, to anyone needing a house or flat cleared.
Thank you, lads. You made a difficult day so much easier for us, and we genuinely appreciate it.

Ash and Noah were very efficient and friendly. We also noted that they left the drive and path even neater than it was before!!
Their quote was accurate and they had capacity to start the job later that day and finish it the next morning. They kept us updated with timings and were 100%. When discussing a potential, bigger job in the coming weeks/months, they gave practical advice on how to clear the site in the cheapest way possible.
Outstanding work. Ash and Noah deserve a bonus or at the very least, an extra day off this year!
Thanks again - will book you in for the next job, when the site is ready for clearance,

I needed a man with a van to clear out the extended garage, outhouse as well as a few bits from the front and back garden. As the stuff that needed to be cleared out was quite heavy. I called their office and spoke to a lovely lady “Jodie” who took my details and booked me in for a quote for the next day in the morning.
“Rhys” and “Stephen” – van 3; gave me a courtesy call to advise me they were on their way and this was early morning, they came and quoted. Agreed on the price and they said they would be back later this morning. As they are currently just going to their first customer of the day. I told them that today was my day off and I wasn’t expecting them to give me a time slot for today itself and that exceeded my expectations.
Another courtesy call to say they are on their way. The two gentlemen cleared out the 4 areas that I said needed to be done. They were so careful, patient, understanding and very quick. They left the place clean and tidy; as they also cleaned-up any debris.

Needed to dismantle an old playhouse with swing and slide, old garden furniture table and chairs, old kids sand table, exercise bike, lawnmower, old paint, and other items of general garden waste. It was a big pile of things. It was easy to get quote and super quick, same day as submitting form on website. Price was very reasonable in comparison to a skip, where you'd have to do all the heavy lifting ourselves.
Tom, Micheal and Aaron come on a Saturday to do all the work. Good communication, very quick. All very professional and polite. Tidied up after. Absolutely would recommend and would use again!

Absolutely smashing service today from Luke and Gaynor, a very reasonable quote to fully removed in a few hours all with a smile on their faces. They weren't lying about being cheaper than skips, quicker and they fill it themselves. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you guys!

Best rubbish removal company in Yorkshire.
I used this company recently for a full house clearance after a tenant absconded leaving a house full of old and dirty furniture and belongings.
Leeds junk and rubbish removal came in and emptied the lot.
They were competitively priced, fast, efficient and provided a fantastic service level.
I will certainly use them again in future and would highly recommend their services.
Thank you so much

Excellent Service at competitive price. The two lads were smartly attired despite the job they had come to do. Both were very obliging, pleasant and professional. If we need anymore junk removing this is the firm we will definitely use and recommend. Thank you from both my hubby and myself.

Just had these guys out to shift a load of stuff after a sewage leak in my house required all appliances and personal items to be disposed of,
The service was excellent, from start to finish it was the best I could ask for, half the price of a quote I got elsewhere, they came and gave the quote and took it all away there and then, done and dusted in 25 minutes , all kitchen appliances, a TV, 2 tables, exercise equipment and 70+ bin liners of personal items, they told me to make a cup of tea and relax and they'd get on with it,
I can't remember the names of the people but they're a credit to this company, I'd highly recommend them and will be to everyone I know.
Thank you so much guys for making our bad situation a little less stressful.
It's greatly appreciated xx

I stripped 3 ivy plants from my garden. My original plan had been to take them to the tip in my car. It would have taken many tips. After a bit of Googling I came across Leeds Junk and Rubbish. I contacted them over a Bank Holiday weekend. Communication was prompt nonetheless. The price was good. On the day of collection I was given fair warning of arrival by text message. The operatives were lovely. Good job. Thank you!

Very speedy service and professional. I took some photographs and uploaded via their website with a date I was available for them to come over. They came over on the day and gave a quote there and then which was reasonable and loaded the van in ten minutes. I was also able to pay via card and I got an emailed receipt in five minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Blown away to be honest.
Enquired on the Wednesday, Friday (Good Friday so working the bank holidays) everything was gone.
I’d gone to the gym and by the time I was home everything had gone with no mess, great price and an incredibly smooth and quick process.
Received the secure payment link by text and came home to a perfect garden emptied of nearly 400kg of junk! Super impressive service, never even saw the guys as I was out but had a good laugh with them on the phone.
Highly recommend, will definitely use this again! 5 stars 🌟

Within a couple of hours of my posting a request for clearance of bricks and concrete from my back yard, Steve and his mate arrived, gave me a very reasonable quote for the job, set about the clearance, and within an hour it was all done, leaving the area clean and tidy. Communication with the office was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Absolutely amazinggggggg service…!!! I cannot recommend them enough, wish I could give them more than 5 stars. What a hard working team….!!! They worked so hard bless them in such bad weather condition. Amount charged is also fees-able and not highly expensive. They cleared the area perfectly well. Also the customer service agent was also extremely polite, understanding and knowledgeable, she is a star. They came so promptly, their service is so fast and highly efficient. Once again an absolute gem of a company and highly recommend them. Thank you so much for all your help.

The men who came to quote for, and do, my house clearance job were lovely and professional. The admin and customer service you get from the head office staff is so quick and it's really easy to enquire and book.
I’ve already recommended them to a friend. I feel we can now move on a bit as this was such a big task after the death of my mother in law who was a bit of a hoarder. Thanks!

Brilliant service. Filled in a simple online form on a Saturday and they came round Mon am. The quote was so good a price I asked them to take the rubbish (small living room furniture items/packaging) away there and then. The two guys were polite, friendly, quick and efficient. They even wore boot protectors so my carpet didn't get messy in the wet weather. Will definitely use this company again.

I cannot praise this company enough. After dealing with several big companies this last month Leeds Junk Removal are the only company that do what they say they will do.
They quoted me a price by phone originally and when the attended the property they were on time, polite, very helpful and did the work as promised. The final cost was exactly the same as the quote. This company could teach many big firms what customer service is. I would gladly use them again.

I am really pleased with the service and price. Booked online on a Sunday, was contacted Monday morning with an acknowledgement text. Driver called when 5 minutes away. Inspected waste, quoted and taken away in 10 minutes. Lads were professional and polite.
Would definitely recommend these guys, as I received a few quotes, and these were best priced and the best in their response and timing.

Honestly, incredible team Nikki, Steve and Steve. Extremely polite and courteous. Turned up promptly with a heads up they were on route. Which was perfect for me as I wasn't living at the house (renovation project)
I was embarrassed about the mess I had made a massive mess in the backyard, yet Nikki and Steve reassured me that it wasn't even that bad compared to some they had seen. This turned out to be cheaper and faster than a skip and I didn't have to lift a finger either.
They even swept up the last bits and bobs and checked if I wanted to keep anything that appeared in decent condition.
Very thorough, hard working and timely.
My only regret is not having the toilet plumbed in so they could have 'comfort break' during the graft, as opposed to waiting until off-site. Unfortunately the renovation wasn't at that stage, but I'll bear it in mind for next time, along with tea and biscuits. Thankyou again.
Highly recommend 👌 A star 🌟.

I made an enquiry online and the next day the guys came round, gave me a good price and took it all away immediately. They had a card machine so no problem to pay by card either. Then they got a big vacuum cleaner out and hoovered up any mess that had been left by them carrying it out through the house! Nice guys, great service, have just recommended them to my partner.

It was really quick and easy to get a quote booked in, and on the day I was happy with the price so was able to have the rubbish removed there and then. Everyone I dealt with (both on email and the two guys who came to do the collection) was very friendly and quick to get things sorted. Very happy with the service and glad to have finally got rid of all of the junk!!
